Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2026

1. General Refund Eligibility

Students are eligible for a full refund of the course tuition within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date, provided that the course has not been completed and no NMLS credit has been banked or reported. Refund requests submitted after 60 days from the date of purchase will not be honored.

All courses must be completed within 180 days of the purchase date. Courses that remain incomplete after this 180-day window will be marked as expired. No refunds, credits, or extensions will be granted for expired courses unless otherwise required by state-specific regulations.

4. Technical Failure and Service Disruptions

In the event that a student is unable to complete a course due to a documented technical failure of the MLO Continuing Education platform that remains unresolved for more than 48 business hours, the student may be eligible for a full refund or a complimentary course credit, regardless of the 60-day eligibility window.

To initiate a refund request, students must submit a written notification to support@mlocontinuingeducation.com. The request must include:
